SA COMFORTS HAVE ONLY OPEN AT DOOR RETURN POLICY. CUSTOMER HAVE TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS.

BEFORE THE PACKAGE ARRIVES (Before Delivery)
What to Do:
Keep your phone with you

Courier Company will send you SMS or WhatsApp.

Message: "Rider will reach in few minutes"

Save rider's phone number.

Be ready.

Ready your Cash. (For Cash on Delivery) 

Wear simple clothes (To Check Track Suites)

You'll try clothes over your own clothes as well.

WHEN THE RIDER ARRIVES (Delivery Time)

Step 1: Take package, NO SIGNATURE yet
Accept the sealed package

Do NOT sign anything yet

Keep the package in your hands
 

Step 2: Open immediately in front of rider
Open package at your doorstep

Rider must see you opening

Don't take inside alone

Step 3: After Opening the Package infront of Rider you can take it inside for checking. Rider will wait for you

Step 4: Quick check:

Remove items from packaging (Except Tags)

Check size tags immediately

Check color against website

Look for obvious damage


NEXT STEP:

Try trousers over your pants

Try shirt over your t-shirt

Check fit quickly

Move around a little

Quick fabric feel check

Check main stitching

Make final decision

Step 5:  IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT:

Tell rider: "I accept"

Give signature now

Keep the package

RETURN IT:

Tell rider: "I want to return"

Put items back in package

Give back to rider

No signature needed

If Customer Pay Through Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash, Debit Card Or Credit Cards. They will Get Refund In 10 Days

Exchange Policy:

If Customer Wants To Change The Size or Color They Have To Return The Parcel At Door And Contact SA Comforts For Exchange.
